"Amazing location, quiet yet close to anything you might need. Comfortable bed and good water pressure in the shower. Room is a bit tight but we weren’t in the room much anyway. A luggage rack would be nice though I’m not sure if there would be enough room. Laundry was a great perk! Staff is top notch as they are throughout most of Japan."

"There is a smoking room on the main floor steps away from the lobby. Dont know why they allow this as the walk to the elevator smells of smoke which ruins the ambience. The in room washing machine also had an error on it when started. Looked up a solution but it wasn't easy to use. Stain on the carpet on a newly renovated room."

"I had a really great stay here. The laundry amenities were really nice and convenient for me. They have a live status on the TV so you can see when the laundry machines are available which was nice. I felt like the hotel was really eco friendly while also being really clean. There was no sacrificing of cleanliness. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and we and a very enjoyable stay."
