Atmosphäre im Haus sehr entspannend, Personal stets zuvorkommend und freundlich mit einem ehrlichen Lächeln. Praktisch auch der Shuttlebus in die City, aber auch zu Fuß kann man zwei wunderschöne Tempel und Supermärkte erreichen. Bushaltestelle sonst auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt!"

"We arrived an hour before check-in with hopes to drop our luggage. Instead, we were told that our room was ready, if we wanted to freshen up before exploring the area. Asked for dinner recommendations and were given a map of the local restaurants to choose from. It rained a bit so they loaned us umbrellas. The onsen were marvelous. Laundry facilities on site. A complimentary shuttle bus to the city's must-see sites. Close to the train station. What more can I say?!"
