"Very clean room staff was great about checking in and accommodating me in an early check out. Likkr bar area was great for drink and lite snacking"

"All good, just need better instructions on where to check in. There's nothing indicating you have to go yo the 13th floor. I arrived at 2am and called several times, no one answered. I only got the information from other guest that happened to arrive 20 minutes after me. 20 minutes can feel like an eternity when there's no good signal and no staff around."

"Cool Property. Unfortunate they did not have the Hot Tub open, as it was covered up with a Wood Deck?? Also, they need to have a few more Convenient Items in the Shop Store they share with Sheraton. Common Tooth Paste and other essentials besides all the crap junk food. Lilly Coffee in the rooms was the BOMB DIGIIDY, keep that going!!!! The Toilets, why are they sooooo low?? In addition to being soooo low, my ball sack gets to float in the water while I'm trying to get my PooP on. Can the water be lowered so those with big nuts don't have to have them floating?? Otherwise, All Good."

"We got to the hotel... we were told there was no parking at the front so we had to park on the parking deck.. which was confusing.. we carried all our luggage with us thinking it was a simple process but was not. We had to walked up and down stairs then out to the main street with our toddler while carrying our things.. finally reached the main entrance to find out we need to ride a elevator to the 14th floor. We got on the elevator not knowing it needs a key to operate... the elevator closed and didn't open until someone on the outside pushed the button to use it. Made it to our room to the handicapped rales in shower were leaking black stuff. Table was sturdy. Crumbs in chair. Breakfast was not good. I went outside to smoke to find out I have to walk through the parking deck on again because the main entrance was not open at 6am. Thought we could enjoy the roof top to find out it was for adults only. I was totally not prepared for this night mare! The hotel had a amazing view but that is about all I can say"

"It’s clean and nice but, much too expensive for a tiny room that had a window overlooking the interior foyer. Valet parking was $60. I would not stay here again."
