"The house smelled like mildew, especially the back bathroom. All of the furniture was hard and uncomfortable. And my family of 4 could not all sit on the couch together, leaving one person to have to sit in small, hard chairs. There were almost no amenities in the kitchen. It did not feel "homey". And after having to pay in full when I booked it, they waited until the day we left for vacation to tell us there was an additional payment due. "Property was great, room was comfortable and very spacious. The only thing that could be better would be the staff. When arriving the front desk agent was nowhere to be found. I waited for 10minutes. Also when leaving the front desk agent did not follow up about stay or even cared that I was checking out. Following some of the valet is lazy or lack of care. Hospitality and customer service goes a long way. I would hope to stay here again but wouldn't care to speak to any of the staff."

"I’ve stayed in much better JW Hotels. It’s ok but essentially a basic hotel room with nicer finishes (bathroom and so on). I reserved a concierge level room but then wasn’t given one. Was given concierge lounge access but only found it useful for diet cokes. An ok JW in an ok area."

Everyone in guest services was super helpful with getting me out of the parking garage when I got lost haha. I like that the parking garage has a lot of security and locked doors for guests only. I loved my city views and closeness to important landmarks uptown. I would definitely stay here again."

"The room was great! We stayed there because my husband had just left the hospital, and we wanted a room where the bathroom and bedroom were on the same level. I feel like the accessibility was good overall, maybe a little more clarity as to whether the bathroom had a zero step shower or accessible bathtub, but it was what we needed. I would definitely stay there again."
