"We were there for the Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch railway, location was great. The breakfast was good and the bar and food area pleasant with outside space. Good free parking. The room was over priced it being small and an awkward shape with an over large bed. The very modern bedside lights did not work as they need to be charged to work! We were provided with 2 cooling fans to combat the hot weather a plus was the shower not a bath."

"Good size room with plenty tea/ coffee facilities. Fan in room was a great help especially when warm. Nice big tv. Ample plugs. Parking wee bit difficult but free. Water cooler at breakfast is handyfor filling up bottles. Overall good maybe a wee paint freshen up. Breakfast good."

"Overall we had a great stay at the Ship Inn . Staff were lovely especially the male member of staff who served us in the restaurant with drinks and food . He went over and above to please had a wonderful friendly personality . A great asset to the team . Sorry we didn’t get your name . The down sides were the mattress in the Royal room needs replacing and we were kept awake until 1am by either an argument going on or very loud animated talking ! The absolute positive of our visit was the food...
