"Very close to eating establishments. Coffee 24 hours/day is marvelous. Most staff very friendly and eager to help however the guy at check in when I arrived was not friendly at all. I have stayed at your hotel many a times and I do like the convenience off 81 and it being pet friendly."

"Beautiful hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Only thing I didn't care for was that out room was next to the elevator shaft so we could hear the elevator anytime some used it but the front desk staff told us they were sorry that we may hear it and if it became a issue they would move us."
