NEEDS MORE STRONGER SUCTIONS. WINDOWS NEED CLEANING PLENTY COBWEBS IN EVERY AREAS. Rubbish even outside the areas need to be emptied daily, Areas where you are aloud to smoke...

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Honey Pod. Communication and instructions before arrival were wonderful and made everything so easy. The space itself is compact but has everything you need — a cozy kitchen/lounge area, comfortable bedroom, and clean bathroom. "Glorious location and super cute accommodation. Only negative is that two of the three rooms are up very narrow steep steps (it’s a boat!) and the car park is 100m away so not easy to get to if you’ve limited mobility. But if that’s not an issue for you, 100% recommend!!"

"Always stay here the night before travelling on Le Shuttle. 30 mins to the terminal. Large car park immediately adjacent to the hotel. Reception staff always welcoming. Rooms spacious with an excellent shower. Only downside is the range of services next door at the service station. OK if you like McDonalds! Improvement with Leon when you can navigate the ordering process! Good news is that there are some good pubs nearby with restaurant attached. Really good value - usually half price...

"We didn't have breakfast there. Bar offered a good choice of drinks. The extractor fan didn't work in the on suite but it was kept very clean. The stairs to the room were quite steep and the doors were very close together making it a little difficult to manoeuvre. The toilet was quite tall so shorter people may find their feet wouldn't touch the floor. The bed was very comfortable."

"The hotel was OK, but for the price I felt the room was dated compared to other budget hotels. No air con in our room, light switch controlled ALL lights in the room, so no bedside reading light which is really annoying when there's two or more of you sharing a room. TV channel options seemed to be hit and miss. Other than that breakfast was good and staff were very helpful and pleasant. In terms of location it was ideal, but if I was less fussy about location there are probably better value...

"Historic character inn with rooms right in the centre of town. Parking is available in nearby municipal pay and display car parks - but do check with the hotel beforehand for details of which to park in as the closest is a short stay with a maximum stay of only 4 hours. There is a separate long stay car park within walking distance. Bedrooms have been stylishly brought up to twenty first century standards. Excellent breakfast. Highly recommended."

"Room nice overlooking the lake area………..hotel now looking a bit old and tired……nice to sit outside around the decking overlooking the lake with a nice meal…….the problem with that was two local rats looking for scraps…..but what can you do it’s a countryside hotel ……still a nice place to stay and only 20 mins from brands hatch"
