"We stayed for a week in one of the rooms looking over the Red Sea in the Posh Club. The room was spotless and spacious. The staff were fantastic in every respect. We enjoyed all of the restaurants. The transfers to and from the airport were flawless. The laundry service was outstanding. We definitely would love to come back. Thanks to Hanna, Hassan and many others who made the stay special. "5⭐️ Review – 3 Week Stay at Xperience Kiroseiz Parkland (Extended from 2 Weeks!) I originally booked for two weeks and ended up extending for a third week — which honestly says everything about my experience. My opinion genuinely improved day by day. The hotel is very well put together in terms of logistics. Everything runs smoothly, it’s organised, and the shuttle bus to the beach is frequent and reliable. The grounds are beautiful, and there are so many little things that come together to make the stay special. Guest relations were fantastic. Caroline was amazing and really helped me move my room. Ali was also very helpful, and another lady (I didn’t catch her name) was equally supportive. They genuinely try hard to resolve issues and make guests comfortable. Reception can be a little slow — that’s probably my only criticism. On one occasion it took around 25 minutes to move my room, and there was a small error that meant I had to move again. But overall, they are helpful — just not the quickest. If you’re travelling with a baby, I would definitely recommend requesting a ground floor room in the Parkland area. It makes life much easier with a buggy. It can be slightly noisy outside, but once the door is closed, it’s absolutely fine. Only something to consider if you’re a very light sleeper. The food is great. Some people say it’s repetitive, but honestly — what do we eat at home? Pretty similar meals every few days! There’s plenty of choice. I had salad daily and was "

"Excellent hotel, good layout, well ran with very helpful and friendly staff. Everything very clean with pools and garden areas between the individual blocks, lots of area in direct sunlight, lots of beds both between blocks and also in the slopes down to the beach area. Excellently ran restaurant (lovely food, brilliant staff and management) and snack areas with easy access to food and drink. Layout appears strange on map but actually works very well with the shuttle bus running up and down the slope every few minutes. Good free bus service every day or evening to different locations. No nearby bars for live sports but the main bar in lobby always showed the English live football ! Rooms cleaned every day by friendly staff, good size rooms and bathrooms with patio areas and loungers. "
