"We loved this hotel. It was quiet and clean and had every convenience to make the stay relaxing and enjoyable. Self check in etc was handled smoothly by staff. We didn’t see them but they responded quickly to messages and made things easy. Near to bus line and market. Far enough from the tourists. But easy to get to things via bus lines."

"Overall we were very satisfied with our stay. This was a great place for us to spend our 5 nights in Kyoto as it was close/walking distance from Kyoto station and had more than enough space for our family of four. We were looking for something that had ensuite laundry and a kitchenette so we could prepare our own meals, and this location had both. To make it more convenient, it would have been nice if they had a few more items in the suite like a iron/ironing board, which is usually in hotel...

"We had a great 3-night stay. The room was huge and nice. We love that it has 3 good size bedroom, 2 toilets, 2 baths, mini kitchen and laundry machine. The kids enjoyed the spa/tub at the seating area where they could watch tv while bathing. The pebbles around the seating area give a relaxing resort vibe. Good location.
