"Really awesome apartment room that felt a lot bigger than on the pictures, easily the nicest hotel ive stayed in in Japan so far. "夏休みに家族旅行でお世話になりました。旅行前に不明な点を質問させてもらいましたが迅速に対応して頂きました。宿泊当日に予約していた部屋の点検のため別の部屋への案内がありました。結果代わりの部屋は最上階、露天風呂付きの部屋で疲れた体を癒すことができました。立地は新世界に近く、地下鉄の駅も近くにあり便利でした。ただ、新世界に近いこともあり子供には少し刺激が強いのかなと思いました。"

"Hotel is in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of small cafe and restaurants options. About a 8 min walk to subway. I’d stay there again if I stay in Kyoto. The hotel room was very spacious and very clean. My family enjoyed our stay very much."

"The hotel itself is not exactly right near much….but you walk 10 minutes and suddenly you are near everything: Kyoto Station, shopping, restaurants, bars. We liked that….the serenity of the hotel and the immediate area, but quick to everything you could want. The hotel itself is small, but very modern and well maintained. The room was perfect for us 5. Plenty of room, a mini kitchen setup, very comfortable. Also, because Kyoto bus transportation is so solid, and there is a bus stop 1 minute...

"La comunicación no es muy buena. El hotel en la descipción dice que es self check in y en cuanto llegas el personal sale y no permite que lo hagas tu. Además en la aplicación menciona que este hotel es Vip Acces y esto no es así, pedí un UPGRADE y me dijeron que no manejaban está opción . Así que tuve que cancelar y volver a reservar para mejorar mi habitación. Poco accesibles en comunicación, pero la estancia estuvo bien al final. Muy buena ubicación. Valió la pena."
