"The accomodation - room/apartment was excellent but the check in and check out staff, communication and attitude was atrocious For such a nice accomodation - the check in person I was allotted took me 2 hours for him to show up - no email from the check in saying where to go and when checking out wouldn’t even arrange transport to the airport as the wifi wasn’t working Great accomodation Extremely poor service by the check in and check out crews Absolute shame - will book a hotel next...

Great common area with pool, gym and walking trail and plenty of space to chill in a great environment.. Apartment was new, with everything you need for a long stay (3 weeks for us). "This place was by far my favorite in Malaysia. Our original hotel was canceled last minute so I quickly booked this place despite only having 2 reviews. The deposit and deposit return was a little frustrating but they were extremely helpful through whatsapp. I was able to use my credit card and I was promptly refunded the next day after checking out. "This is my second time booked the 2 Bedrooms Executive Apartment for my small event. I have made a remark for reserving the room with designed work space in Hotels.com and VE Hotel & Residence did reserved it for me, and this action really made my event went smoothly.
