"My wife and I spent the most wonderful 10 days at Ayung Resort. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the resort itself is stunning - located in the heart of the jungle, with easy access to Ubud. Would recommend Ayung Resort to anyone planning to visit Bali

"I came to Bali to check out hotels for my guests to stay at for my upcoming birthday party. I was looking to book 30 rooms. At first, I thought I found the spot. The staff was great. The greeting was so warm, and the service was great.. However, the staff didn't offer a refund after giving my entire group food poisoning.
The room had roaches; they fed us rotten eggs; we had to call the doctor to treat our illness. Needless to say, we won't be staying here for my party :(
