"I love how accommodating the staff was here. We were nearly an hour late for our dinner but they went above and beyond to serve us anyway. The food was one of the best we've had throughout our entire trip of Japan as well. The room and atmosphere was also very cozy and we loved pretty much everything!"

"This traditional Japanese Inn is thoroughly modern with excellent facilities, rooms, Michelin quality food, and helpful staff. We want to call out ‘Mikki’ who was super kind and helped us with any language barriers we had. The entire restaurant staff was amazing and we are grateful to meet the chef. The onsens were also wonderful. A room here with breakfast and dinner included is an excellent value."

"단점: 욕실딸린 방을 예약했으나 해당 객실 고장으로 욕실이 없었습니다, 장점: 스태프가 아주아주아주 친절했습니다. 객실간 방음이 매우 잘되는걸로 추정됩니다. 각 시설 청결도 매우좋습니다. 밥을 많이 줍니다 정말 많이줍니다. 식당에 BYOB 가능, 목욕탕 깨끗하고 편-안. 역사에 연결된 몰에 마트가있어 좋습니다. 재차 방문하고 싶습니다."
