The kind lady who I first met instantly made me feel welcome, registered me immediately and even helped me carry my luggage up to my room. The room was very comfortable, spotless and quiet. "We enjoyed our stay here, staff was great. Well situated to sightseeing in the area being close to Brunico and short drive to Lago di Brasie. Only issue we had was about info for the spa. You should bring your own bathing cap as it’s required to use the pool and a pair of flip flops. Some of the showers in the adult side of the spa didn’t work. Steam rooms and saunas were great. "
