"Our arrival experience at Parc Hotel Miramonti was extremely disappointing and stressful. We had booked and prepaid through Expedia for two people, half-board, in a superior room with a mountain view. Despite this, upon arrival we were told that the reservation only covered one person and that we had to pay an additional €70. When we checked the hotel’s own website, the rate for two people with half-board was still showing about €100 less than what we were being charged.

"The hotel is about 20 - 25 minutes from Bolzano center, its in Collepietra, Trentino-Alto Adige. The room we had was spacious, as well as the bathroom, (we love the heated floor in the bathroom), comfortable bed and good wifi reception. The hotel has restaurant and own parking. "B&B Dolomites Hut is a fantastic stay! Getting to the building by bus is very easy from the train station. The host and his wife are so nice and hospitable. Breakfast every morning to your liking and they are happy to provide any and all recommendations for activities in the area. The rooms are nice and the views from the balcony are amazing. "We had an excellent stay - the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. The room was modern, clean and warm. The whole town is a bit disrupted by the works for the upcoming Olympics, but we got a very convenient parking space at the hotel, which is centrally located and the town easily walkable. Of particular note were the breakfasts, which were amazing and set us up for a days hiking.Everything worked well for us (except the weather!) and I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area."
