"A beautiful setting with wonderful staff, even if one or two lacked attentiveness. The bamboo bungalow was beautiful. The bed and beddings were 5/5; very comfortable. Unfortunately, the accolades stop there. Because the "retreat" is so remote, there are no other eating options nearby so guests have to rely on the hotel restaurant. As good as the food was (save for the cold soups), the options were very limited. This was unacceptable given we were the only guests and the menu was not extensive at...

"When we arrived at the hotel they did not have our booking in their system and looked very surprised to see anyone there. We were the only guests at the entire hotel, but they still did not have a room available for us at 3.30pm when we arrived. We got our room at 4.30pm but was told we should wait 1 hour with using the private pool as they had just put in the chlorine. The rooms are a bit messy and dusty. "A great option if you need to be close to the airport. There are plenty of restaurants in walking distance and the airport is only a 20min walk/short shuttle (if running) away!"

"Had 2 poolside rooms lagoon side 1 with 2 adults other 2 adults and a 3 year old. the room with child come with couch as bed or cot which was too small for child when requested another bed was told it was another $60 an night another $720 for or stay which was crazy as we had already paid in original cost for a bed which they class as the cot so was not very happy with that. but the hotel an staff where great .but plenty of towels on lounge chairs with no one on them location is great an plenty of things to do an eat close by if didn't feel like venturing too far"

"We had such a great stay here, especially considering we arrived quite late after a long-haul flight. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming from the moment we arrived. It was a little difficult to get a space on the hotel shuttle, so we ended up grabbing a Grab instead, but the hotel was so close to the airport that it was honestly no trouble at all. We booked the cheapest room option and were pleasantly surprised by how clean and comfortable it was. The Wi-Fi was good, there was a TV in the room, and the shower was really spacious,everything we needed for a quick and comfortable stay. We also added breakfast to our booking and it was delicious! My partner is STILL talking about the pancakes 😂 The staff were genuinely lovely and so accommodating, even when we asked if we could check out a little later than 12. They made everything feel so easy and stress-free, which we really appreciated being in another country for the first time. We would definitely book here again and highly recommend it, especially if you’re looking for somewhere convenient, clean, comfortable and close to the airport!"
