I did so however, upon waking to prepare for my trip home we discovered there was no water in the apartment. The host never responded or provided an explanation. I paid for a late check out and could not use the facilities. "

"After going through a cancellation and delayed flights at the airport, I could not get access to the apartment because no one was there to open the gate to let me in. It didn’t seem urgent that I had flown over 24 hours. I was too exhausted I I went ahead and booked another hotel for the night.
