"The pub itself is a lovely spot to unwind with a drink or two. The food was also good. The room was comfortable but did feature a very small shower. I would not recommend larger people to stay here. Otherwise it was perfect for our stop over in Lyme Regis."

"A lovely B&B, ideally situated to break our journey down to Cornwall. The ubiquitous Craig was always on hand to deal with any issues. The rooms were clean, the ability to use the pool was very welcome and the breakfast was excellent. Happy to stay again - why use budget hotels when you can support good value family businesses like this!"

"Great location just a few yards from Seaton seafront and right in the heart of the town centre. A few free parking spaces for guests on site.
Check-in was friendly, the room (5) was clean and functional, with a decent TV, tea and coffee and a small shower-room. Could have done with a small table and chair.
Breakfast was very good, cereals, juice and coffee, plus a variety of hot breakfasts cooked to order.
Shame that they were not serving food in the evening, but plenty of other places within walking distance."
