"We were greeted with a handshake which is always a good start. Our hosts, Neil and Rosemarie were welcoming and eager to make sure our stay was a good one. Our room was spacious as was the bathroom and shower. We were pleased with the coffee machine and the fridge on the landing for the cold milk. "I came with the intention of simply using the Old Inn as a place to sleep as we had to attend an event nearby, but everything was so good we intend to return just to spend time at the old Inn and the village."

"The location was very good. The double room booked was very small with a smaller than average double bed. Most disappointing was the very stained and dirty looking carpet. The bedding and towels were good quality and the new bathroom was nice with a good hot shower. The carpet spoiled the whole experience for me"
