"I booked this room to attend my friend’s wedding in Lyme Regis. The location was amazing but the downside was there was no parking and I had to pay for 24 hour parking in a nearby car park. The bed was very comfortable and it was great to have bath sheet towels rather than just bath towels. The shower was an over the bath shower which although adequate would be better if it was a proper shower."

"Lovely hotel and the owners were really friendly and always happy to help. Just a little niggle about the price as we had to pay extra on top for the kids (so price was as good as we thought). Other that that it is a super place and beautiful surroundings. "

"Julie my wife and I stayed at kates farm for three nights for a break and a rest, we had a great break and we are totally rested. Fantastic break, Julie and Kate walking dogs every morning and evening, I kept the real fire going and that was perfect for us to sit down next to in the evening. Others said the breakfast was great and they are correct, Kates breakfast was fantastic .Kate was very attentive at all times and we felt perfectly at home."

"Beautiful location with luxurious accommodations that have everything needed and the breakfast was great. Very elegant and close to the main nearby beaches. There's a fantastic Italian restaurant close by that is worth visiting. I highly recommend it and will definitely return!"

"The location was great for our purposes and the parking was good. Breakfasts were excellent, there was a nice patio and garden out the back. Well-run family B&B. The principal negatives were the noise (our suite overlooked the main road) and the very spasmodic Wi-Fi. At this price point it was disappointing."

"Overnight stay with our Grandson who is 4. Lively family room in the attic with its own bathroom. Very low ceilings throughout so tall people beware! Lovely warm welcome, comfortable beds, and delicious breakfast. Well worth staying here if visiting Chard. "
