"Recently stayed here for a weekend, we were on level 2 people above us were very loud sounded like they were constantly stomping on the floor.. Pool and hot tub were ok. Had a friend come up and stay with us, I never informed the concierge of someone else joining us. I wasn’t with her when she arrived and let them know she was there to stay with us and they just gave her a key to our room. Would have been nice if they could have contacted me to confirm before just giving her a key to our room....

"The hotel is old and doesn´t offer many of the amenities for a hotel that charges these prices. It is, at best, a 3-star hotel - no pool, jacuzzi by reservation, no help in getting luggage to the room, etc. Our first room - 506 - was extremely dark, old and smaller than the offered sqm. As soon as we arrived we asked for a room change and were denied this request. After 2 nights we asked again - the room was terrible!!! - and we finally got another room (700) that had been remodeled...

"We’ve been coming to this Four Seasons location every year for the past few years, and we absolutely love it. The staff consistently makes us feel welcome, and the hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms are clean, the bedding is incredibly comfortable, and the ski concierge service is excellent. We also appreciate the frequent shuttle service to both the Upper and Lower Villages, as well as the convenience of the house car. The ski concierge being located at the Blackcomb base is very convenient....
