"Guest ready was indeed not ready for guests. Check in was absolutely horrible. Our key did not work in the door at all and got stuck and after 15 minutes of trying we called and were met with extreme rudeness. She told me I had to email in videos and wait for another team to get back to me through email. No lobby so we had to sit on the steps. Her attitude was horrible and she was very dismissive of us. "I am not one to leave poor reviews, but for the sake of anyone looking to book with this property. I HIGHLY advise not too. I was given no check in information, after repeatedly calling I was told they had no way to check my reservation. Expedias customer support was not even able to get in contact with them. I’m unsure if this is a scam or just an extremely disorganized company. Either way, I do not recommend."

"Only minor issues, I had to buy batteries for the tv remote control, a/c was constantly turning itself off - had to constantly turn it back on, not all light switches worked, sometimes the toilet would get stuck after flushing, but otherwise all good."

"C est qu une fois rendu sur place que nous prenions connaissance que de gros travaux de construction étaient en cours derrière et au coté de l hôtel… de forts bruits dès 7h30 le matin toute la semaine. L hôtel n’a pas voulu nous dédommager car disait que les travaux n etaient pas dans l hôtel même. Sinon l emplacement la propreté et les commodités de la chambre etaient parfaites."
