"I really enjoyed my stay at My Ribeira Guest House! I booked a 2 bedroom apt for my family (4 of us) and it was great; the apt was spacious and clean with good WiFi. The mini kitchen even had some plates and utensils for us to use. The location is prime, and breakfast was a fixed menu consisting of delicious foods like fresh orange juice, yogurt with fruit and granola, coffee, eggs, and pastries. Our key did not work in the door at all and got stuck and after 15 minutes of trying we called and were met with extreme rudeness. "It is spacious and within walking distance of most of the tourist spots. However, the bathroom glass screen was not sufficient to prevent splashing while showering. Overall, it was quite a pleasant stay."

"Property is extremely clean and walkable distance to most attractions. Things to be aware of, this is not hotel, so reception desk staff is on-site 10 am to 2pm. They clean the rooms every 4 days. You need to get your own kitchen necessities. The marketplace for groceries is quite a walk up and down hills. About 20 min. No laundry on-site. The management should really consider getting washer and dryer (Laundry) for the units. The public laundromats are extremely expensive in Porto....

"Horrible construction goes on just next to your wall. They wake you up at 8 AM with the drill and impossible to sleep. I asked them to give me a discount and they say it’s not possible and the unit itself is really nothing fancy there’s no hand soap They don’t clean the room. They only give you the fresh towels every 23 days if you ask and price is high for this property"
