l'hébergement est très bien situé pour découvrir Porto et la proximité du métro de la gare de Sao Bento facilite l'accès avec des bagages . Nous n'avions pas le n° de chambre à notre arrivée et le contact a été très réactif pour nous informer. La chambre était très propre et bien équipée pour le coin kitchenette. Les petites attentions pour nous souhaiter la bienvenue (bouteille de vin, biscuits) ont été appréciées. Nous reviendrions sans hésiter pour un futur séjour à Porto.

I had a day trip to Douro Valley came home and all my money was goneeee, I got robbed in a room I paid for comfort in, they were not helpful. I think I was targeted because I solo traveled. Really sad man I’m so disappointed

Pretty good location. Not real clean and missing top sheet for the bed. The bathroom sink faucet is broken but you can get it to work. The fire alarm went off for 3 hrs one morning which was annoying. Only there 2 nights.

This spot was dang near perfect. The room was beautiful and easy to access. The staff was super responsive and helpful when we had a little trouble getting our check in and door info. Excellent water pressure in the shower. Relatively comfortable bed. Smart tv so we could wind down to our favorite shows after a long day. The only small hang up is the A/C in the room was finnicky and didn’t work too well but fortunately it was pretty cool while we were in Porto so sleeping with the windows open cooled the room off plenty. Would definitely stay here again.

L’hébergement est extrêmement bien situé, sur une petite rue calme même s’il y a un petit resto à côté. Nous avions la chambre 502, notez qu’il n’y a pas d’ascenseur! Le lire, les oreillers et la literie très confortable. Tout y était, bouilloire, cafetière pour capsule nespresso, micro onde, ronds, lave vaisselle. La bouteille de vin et les biscuits à l’arrivée était une belle touche! Le personne rejoignable rapidement sur watsapp et très cordial. Aucun problème à trouver l’hébergement et tous les codes fonctionnaient. Wifi performant. Salle de bain à la nord américaine, bon débit d’eau chaude et toilette qui fonctionne bien! Seul bémol et très perso, les planchers craquent à certains endroits et parfois des bruits au plafond mais de façon très occasionnelle! Air clim dans le salon/cuisine et chambre. Bref, logement compact mais qui avait tout le nécessaire mais surtout au cœur de toutes les attractions à visiter, à moins de 20 minutes de marche du métro et de la gare de Sao Bento. Je retournerais dans ce logement et n’hésiterais pas à le recommander. En hauteur, nous avons la vue de la ville mais au dessus du toit, je préfère avoir des grandes portes fenêtres mais ce type de logement donne souvent sur des rues passantes. Enfin, très bien dormi, ce qui est l’important après de bonnes journées à visiter!

Unfortunately, we were underwhelmed with our stay. I’m not usually one to leave negative reviews, but the issues we experienced significantly affected our comfort. The biggest issue was the dampness in the room. There was a strong damp/musty smell, and even the sheets felt damp. Towels would not dry when hung up, and the room had a humidifier that we were emptying at least three times a day, despite primarily only being there overnight. There were also little black flies throughout the room, which we believe may have been related to the damp conditions. The shower was another major issue. Water would pool across the bathroom floor during a shower, even when we pointed the nozzle toward the wall and away from the bathroom floor. We had to use our bath mat and hand towels to clean up the water, which were soaked after doing this once. We asked for extra towels and were only provided with one. The air conditioning was also difficult to adjust, although staff were responsive when we contacted them and sent a helpful video explaining how to operate it. On the positive side, the location was good, the owner was responsive to messages, and the room had a fairly large fridge and mini dishwasher. Overall, the dampness, humidity, flies, and bathroom flooding made the stay quite uncomfortable and unfortunately outweighed the positives.

This is a great location in Porto! Shower had good water pressure which was nice. The cons: -the water heater needs to be turned down; I burned myself turning on the bathroom sink -my room had no window- there was a large glass door with a wall less than a foot from it, so no way of getting in natural light -the kitchenette is really only good for the coffee machine, electric kettle, microwave and fridge. If you wanted to cook, I’m not sure you could. Also no regular glassware -not clean. There was hair in the sheets and quite a bit on the bathroom floor. The rug was stained very badly
