"Hotel is acceptable. Unfortunately they offerus “one room left”, but we had to pay for dinner and breakfast. The dinner was bad - limited number of choice and the quality of food pretty bad. The breakfast was not to our liking and was noisy - too many people. We will not stay there again."

"Lighting is strange. Amenities were not that good. Housekeeper threw away a box FULL of medical devices that I needed and then denied it. That wasn’t good. Coffee maker was not clean. Towels were thin. But great location. Large room. Nice owners with cute dogs… breakfast was OK and we never used the Spa so cannot comment on that. Overall it was “fine”."

"Clean new hotel, quiet location with very good staff. But there are a few issues, the room you see in the picture when you book probably wont look anything like the one you get. We booked their most expensive room and it wasnt spacious like the image, it was very small. We paid for a lagoon view, but almost all have the view and if you avoid paying the extra you will probably get a lagoon view anyway. Breakfast is OK, main issue is they have just 1 non commercial 2 slice toaster for dozens of...

"This is a very nice older family run property in a very convenient central location on the edge of the Jewish Ghetto and near the university. The room was clean with a compfortable bed. The bathroom was completely adequate but small. The breakfasy buffet was ample. A good value, well located choice."

"The hotel was in a good location with easy access to central Venice. We had picked this stay for the spa facilities but this was undergoing maintenance and another guest had told us that the hotel charges extra for guests to use it (per hour) which was disappointing. The staff were polite and helped us check in quickly and did allow us to store our bags at the hotel on the last day after check out"

"Venice is one of those complicated cities to navigate so it's hard to optimize for the "best location". It was a bit of a long walk and lots of stairs from the train station and bus terminal. Even if you take a vaporetto it's a winding walk through the streets---only a taxi could get you conveniently to this hotel. But it's in a pleasant neighborhood that's pretty chill and about equidistant from most of the things you want to do. Gondola rides are right around the corner. It's about a 40...
