"The room I was given when I checked in was already occupied. I went to the room and the key wouldn’t open the door so I went downstairs twice and the lady said the battery was probably dead so she sent someone with the laptop to charge/open it. Door opened but they had the inside lock on.that is when we realized someone was in there. The 2nd room had a dirty washcloth hanging on shower rod. All this was at 11:30-midnight "

"Fun quirky place. Super comfortable bed and well stocked kitchen. It is an older place that they have updated with cute furniture and tropical plants. Nice and clean and a fun vibe. The place worked perfectly for our needs"

"According to Expedia I was paying for a king room with a hot tub in the room for Valentine’s Day to relax away from home. We were booked for a basic king room with just a shower in the bathroom. It was too late to find another room somewhere else and still make our dinner reservations and enjoy the rest of our evening. "

"Not enough amenities throughout the property including the room its self. Pool was closed and apparently has been for a while now"
