"The hotel is a beautiful old historic building with a pretty grand lobby. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The Italian restaurant and bar was good. Wait staff were very nice. My room was pretty small, but in an older historic building I can’t complain. The bed is very comfortable, the shower was nice. "

"You can't beat the location and price of this motel. The room was basic but just fine and comfortable. It was quiet despite being right in the middle of the German Village with lots of places within walking distance. This is a motel with doors that open to the outside, but felt safe, clean and perfect for what we were there for. We came for a concert at the Palace Theater and it was a quick 10 minute Uber ride away."

"We had a great stay at the Graduate Hotel. Everyone we encountered was so nice, especially the people at the front desk. The room was adorable, with cute touches like the Ohio throw pillow and blanket. The lobby had lots of different seating areas, which made it a nice place to relax. The location was perfect — right in the middle of everything. Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams was down the block, there were restaurants everywhere, and there was even a bagel shop right behind the hotel parking...

"The place was Right across the street from Convention center. Clean and Comfortable they even gave us a late checkout because we had volleyball games at 9 and 12pm The Man at the Front Desk as well as the others absolutely awesome Says Hello and God Bless you when you walk in and leave and really accommodates every single guest…You need directions to good places to Eat Go here go there!! 10 Stars …. "Great location. Lots of construction around the exterior but not too much noise until after 9:00 a.m. Hit the restaurant after the CBJ game and the burger and fries really hit the spot. Not a run of the mill hotel food quality. "
