"Beautiful property. Exceptional staff, especially Annabelle Weiss at reception . Always courteous and helpful. Rooms were very modern but a bit quirky. Light switches and outlets difficult to work at first. Excellent buffet breakfast and beautiful restaurant. Very convenient location right next to the central station and Ubahn station, however there is a fair amount of construction in the area and the area to the west of the hotel is a bit rundown, but you can avoid it easily as there is nothing to see in that direction. Easy walk to old town and pedestrian shopping areas. Overall,this is a beautiful hotel with excellent service. Happy we chose THE SOFITEL."

"The morning buffet was excellent. The staff was very friendly. Sometimes staff answers to questions were very vague and unhelpful. The sauna was only opened after 6pm during the evening. "

They have the most amazing masseuse from Thailand, and she incredible. I'll definitely be staying here when I'm back in Munich. "
