"The hotel was very dark and poorly lit, both in public areas and in the room. The room was tiny and the bathroom was not private. We were there for three days and never saw the concierge. We really wanted restaurant recommendations. There were not enough staff at check in and bell hop. It could be a nice hotel but it seems to be poorly managed and understaffed."

"Very nice room, wonderful view,
Pleasant and helpful staff (especially Holly and Julian), delicious breakfast. Poor WiFi in our room but good in central areas. A light blanket or throw would be helpful for the warm nights ( instead of the thicker down quilts)"

"Well facilitated, an electronic hot pot to boil water that was helpful, I like it.
Also, in the shower room you can use shampoo and conditioner separate which I like too, as hotels in Europe usually give you two in one, even three in one too."
