"Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was perfect for a quick breakfast and then out the door exploring. Location was amazing. We were incredibly surprised that we could not hear any sounds from outdoors (despite being right downtown) from our room. The only downside is the walls were paper thin - I could hear snoring from the room next to us, and a group of people talking through the walls into the very early morning ."

"Staff from check in, breakfast and helping with tickets for excursions was very helpful. Really enjoyed our stay there. Location next to Centrall train stop was very convenient to and from the airport. No need for a car."

"We arrived in the evening, left before the sun came up, so hard to rate the environment. Airport shuttles were large, very efficient and regularly scheduled, though pickup time at airport could be affected by traffic and busload. 3 person room worked out well for us. Would stay here again for the same purpose of airport departure."

"The best part of this hotel was the staff, they were amazing!! At all hours of the day or night they were friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our reservation, it did not appear in their system, but they made it work. We also took advantage of the laundry service, they were able to wash some of our clothes, it was not as expensive as other hotels. Though it is not in the city center, there is a tram station nearby and the tram took us right where we needed to go. Also, there is a 24-hour McDonalds next door which we appreciated. We had the breakfast option at the hotel, their hall is nicely decorated and comfy, a great variety, the best one out of all the hotels we had in this tip. A great stay all in all"
