"An amazing hotel a tribute to the rich history of the country. The owners Marco and Ana along with staff Ana and Sergio were the friendliest most attentive ever they made the trip exceptional!!!! They are are also dog friendly and our dog Phoebe was treated like a guest. Stay at this boutique hotel you will see how special it is! Also the breakfast is exceptional!!!! "This property is absolutely brilliant, great to have access to a fully equipped kitchen! Lurdes is a great manager, the whole place is immaculate. What I would highlight to potential guests is that currently there isn't a Metro station within the local vicinity, you have a 20 min walk to Casa Musica. There are buses available from Palacio Cristal which is 5 mins walk away. There is a Metro line under construction and a station due to open very close by in the near future. Don't let this put...

"This is just like a hotel, couldn't fault it really. The basic rooms are a bit smaller, but it worked fine for us (a young couple). The superior rooms are really nice. Everything is lovely and clean and comfortable, bathrooms are great, aircon works well. The terrace is a real bonus and the customer service and staff at the check-in desk were excellent. It's in a great area with plenty of bar and restaurants around, nice to see a new bit of the city which has a good vibe."
