"Keskellä vilkasta Bairra Alton kaupunginosaa. Bilekadun kulmassa, matkustimme perheen 18 ja 20 -vuotiaiden kanssa, joten pieni meteli oli vain tunnelmallista. Respa ei anna oikeaa kuvaa huoneesta, meillä oli kaksi makuuhuonetta ja pieni olohuone ja keittiö. Aamiaista tarjottiin omassa huoneessa, mieheni söi kuulemma elämänsä parhaita sämpylöitä (portugalilainen leipä on todella hyvää!). Huoneet siistit ja tilavat. Ei mitään negatiivista sanottavaa. Todella keskeinen sijainti."

"This was, by far, one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The walkway was ancient, rundown, and felt downright unsafe. The rooms? Beyond outdated—borderline uninhabitable. To make matters worse, the lift was old, creaky, and felt incredibly unsafe. How this hotel ever received a rating of 8.0 is beyond comprehension. It’s shocking and unacceptable that Hotel.com would allow such a misleading rating to stand. I trusted your platform to guide me toward quality stays, but this was a complete disaster. You seriously let me down this time. Immediate action is needed—both for your customers and your credibility. I’m reconsidering ever using Hotel.com again after this debacle"
