Really great property with excellent amenities and transport links. 15min walk from St Apolonia station and 3min walk from 735 bus stop into the centre of Lisbon. Lots of grocery shops nearby too. The beds were very comfortable too. Our only issue was the shower kept flooding hence 4 stars. Otherwise was a really great place.

Everything you need for a stay in one affordable place. No hassle and if you require assistance or anything extra they are as accommodating as can be. Great positioning for travel and things to do. The AC came in very handy and we had no issues whatsoever with it 😊

Overall our experience was neutral. The check in process/instructions were easy to follow, good communication with the host and the property was relatively clean. The pictures advertising the property were very inaccurate - both the interior and exterior. Overall, it was fine for a short 2 night stay.

This a modernized stylish property in an old bldg. Great beds, garden and shower. Easy to get to the metro and only 2 stops from the square. The front door to the bldg was a bit challenging as was the walk up the hill but overall would highly recommend.

The flat is close to center and castle, there are several small shops to buy food. It is nicely decorated but the furniture is a bit outdated. The flat is very small. Check the advertisement as the pictures are mix of several flats for rent in the same building. I didn't notice it first. I was expecting a balcony but we got none. The kitchen was very poorly equipped, we were 5 but there was not enough kitchen staff for all of us, there was no oven, no washing. Overall it is fine for a short stay but if you plan to stay a week I wouldn't recommend

Very good place in a quiet neighborhood of Lisbon, if you look for close by nightlife, this place is not for you. Overall we were glad to stay here

The place was beautiful and clean but our sink in the bathroom and toilet were not working well which is needed for a stay. We had to do a lot of handy work to get the toilet to flush which was a bit ridiculous for a stay. Overall though the place is really nice and would be a 5 star if basic amenities worked.

Our stay at Cozy Lisbon was overall pleasant. We stayed in the apartment on the 4th floor. The accommodation is located in a quiet neighborhood, which we really appreciated, and the terrace offers a beautiful view of the surrounding area. The cleanliness inside the accommodation was generally satisfactory. However, the terrace could have been cleaner and would benefit from more regular maintenance. There are also a few small maintenance issues that could be addressed. The bathroom and kitchen faucets need some attention, and the toilet was loose and not properly secured, making it look slightly crooked. The Wi-Fi was also not always reliable during our stay. At times, it would disconnect, become slow, or simply not work as well as expected. I would also mention that some of the photos on the listing appear to use filters, enhanced lighting, or carefully chosen angles. This is understandable when presenting a property online, but in our experience, a few aspects of the accommodation looked somewhat different in person. I don’t mean this as a criticism of the hosts, but rather as something future guests may want to keep in mind when comparing the photos with the actual accommodation. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. With a few small repairs, better terrace maintenance, more reliable Wi-Fi, and slightly more realistic expectations from the listing photos, the accommodation could be even more comfortable and enjoyable for future guests.
