"Our room was huge and really beautiful with a lovely outdoor lounge with great views of the ocean. The service from the staff was absolutely impeccable. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, the only thing that was slightly disappointing was the lunch and dinner menus, with both being very similar at Pier8 and Layang Layang, it would have been great to have some more variety. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here"

"Loved this property. Great feel from the moment you arrive. Lobby was beautiful and the staff very friendly and attentive. We had a Santrian Club room, large size room, walk in shower (so not having to step into bath). Loved the fact it was child free space so very peaceful area, great pool. Breakfast was a buffet so lots of choices. Great main pool area with a pool bar if you’re wanting a more social atmosphere. Would definitely recommend and stay there again"

Absolutely loved this stunning resort, the staff who couldn't do enough for you and the dining options which were available onsite. They even organised a lovely birthday cake which was very unexpected 😁 What we didn't love was the harassment we received by the ladies on the boardwalk (outside the resort) anytime we wanted to go for a walk. "We absolutely loved the villas here. We were on our honeymoon, and when we arrived the bath was poured and filled with salts and petals, swan towels with petals and flowers decorated the bed, and there were candles in the bathroom. What a lovely arrival! Having the private pool is a decadence we are now addicted to; the pool area was amazing with a huge cabana and outdoor shower and toilet. The beds are very comfortable and the housekeeping staff keep the place immaculate, cleaning twice a day...

"I liked that the property was in walking distance to town and they also also offered trasportation to other attractions. The property, villas and staff were outstanding. The only complaint was that the messages were not great and not private. But they did their best to comply."

"Great hotel in central Sanur. Location fabulous, short walk to Icon Mall and so many fabulous restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Hotel is well maintained, the pool is a highlight. Beds comfortably, I could only book 2 twins, but they pushed them together. Very good sleep. Breakfast variety and quality 5 star. 10 minute walk to beach. Nice big long clean beach and walkway. Highly recommended if in Sanur."
