"Accommodating "

"Stayed for three nights with family. The property itself was nice, and having a full kitchen was helpful for the trip. It was in quick driving distance to beach areas, downtown, and Funk Zone. Staff were nice and the breakfast was pretty convenient before heading out in the morning. Two small complaints though. First the bathroom door was slightly pulling out from the doorframe at the hinge, making the door hard to close. Second, all the rooms face a narrow courtyard, which is nice aesthetically but offers little privacy unless you keep your window drapes shut at all times. "

"I have been staying at this hotel for years. This is the third time that I have been given a different room from the one I booked. This time the room was basically the size of a closet. The room I booked had a sofa, sitting area, bench at the foot of the bed, separate tub and walk in shower, etc. The room I was given had no sofa, no sitting area, no bench at the foot of the bed, and a combo sink/tub. And it was over $1k a night. I will not be staying there again."

"This is supposed to be a high end hotel but they need to improve on the details, Asked for a late check out at 11.30 and got a 11.15 answer??, paid $40 for valet and they game a another car and had to figure out where mine was, got a coffee and they have run out of lids, reserved a regular room and got a accessible room and no one told me at check in. Just details but when you are paying big bucks you expect something different."
