"This was the best Motel experience I've probably ever had - simple and affordable, with just the right amount of extras that set it apart from the rest. "This is such a hidden gem. Property is well maintained and rooms are spacious and more importantly squeaky clean. Modern bathroom with walk in shower was a big plus for us. There is enough parking and front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. Property is so well located that it’s in walkable from the beach and State St. We will definitely come back here next time we are in Santa Barbara. "

"They had me at hello. We arrived 2 hours early after a grueling drive. We just wanted cool AC and to get prone for a few minutes. They had a couple rooms ready and immediately offered us one. The desk clerk also provided us with local discount coupons. This staff is simply superior they took great care of us during our stay. We will definitely return soon. Thank you for everything, we thoroughly enjoyed staying at your beautiful property with harbor views. "

"We love how easily walkable it was to the beach, the beach paths, the wharf and the harbor for a coffee in the mornings. We would absolutely stay here again! The morning breakfast staff were so great, I believe the gal named Marissa helped us multiple mornings and was super kind. The GM was also there most mornings and was always available for questions and make sure our stay was going great. Bed was really comfy and we loved having our little balcony to sit outside and enjoy lunch. Came back...

"Lovely hotel and grounds and close to the water. I was on a solo trip for a few days from LA and was given an upgrade to a suite which was great but it was mid week. Fantastic staff! Home baked cookies! Free bike rental but check the bike first. I’d stay here again! Lots of great restaurants within walking distance."
