She provided us with a list of locally hidden restaurants and a popular spot for the locals. She even went out of her way to help me find a local hairstylist to touch up my hair after all the recent rain. Carolina contacted two salons and set up an appointment for me that same day. I ended up going to Aldo Coppola, which turned out to be a fantastic choice. Carolina’s recommendations for restaurants were also top-notch. She suggested so many great places to eat that I’ll definitely be booking my stay here again! PSA: for a phenomenal view of the Grand Canal, request room 301 or 302 on the 3rd floor."
