"We stayed 2 nights at this hotel and overall found it extremely disappointing. It is central but on a partially pedestrianised road which is blocked to traffic for much of the day. There are apparently 3 parking spaces at the hotel but seem always full. The hotel provides no prior information about access and, once there, grudgingly directed us to a car park which was a distance away and full. The room we were given was in the roof with tiny windows and generally scruffy paintwork neglected...

"Unfortunately we had several instances of poor service during our one night stay. Our room was not ready and we had to go back several times and always got info to wait 20 more minutes.
