"I booked this property on Orbitz late in the week and the hotel did not have record of my reservation when I arrived. I called Orbitz and received outstanding customer service from Ibrahim. "This hotel was really nice. We only stayed one night, but the staff was super kind and helpful. Gave us a few restaurants in the area to eat at. They gave us two complimentary drinks at the bar of the hotel. There is a nice seating area and dining area. You can sit outside or inside. The room was simple, but very clean and well kept. The only issue is that the walls are pretty thin. We were watching a movie and the person on the other side of the wall had to tell us to turn it down because they could hear what we were watching perfectly. However, we actually didn’t have the volume up high at all. That was the one thing though, the hotel was very nice. "

"We had never been to Barcelona before, and we loved our stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, and the one hour per day of time in the spa was an unexpected bonus. We got terrific recommendations from the front desk staff about sightseeing/excursions. It’s perfectly located to take full advantage of the fantastic metro system. And the view + live music on the rooftop terrace was just dreamy. Great area for an easy walk to many great restaurant options, too."
