"The shuttle service itself was fine, but the experience with the driver could definitely be improved. He was not very welcoming, seemed impolite at times, and was not particularly helpful during the ride. A friendlier attitude and better customer service would make passengers feel much more comfortable. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration to help improve the experience for future customers."

"Donna the Manager is amazing. She was professional knowledgeable and kind. She shared some delicious fruits with us. The breach front room was amazing. The landscaper guy was so sweet. In the mornings he knocked on our door and shared coconuts with us. We enjoyed the coconut water. The rest of the staff including restaurant was also outstanding!"

"You NEED A vehicle to get around in. The Entire road leading to the condo is Koleche with pot holes for about 16 min straight. The day we checked in, the restaurant that is onsite was closed and the nearest and Expensive restaurant (Conch Shack) was about 23 min away. The rooms are clean and there is a beautiful view of the ocean in building 2 (not as beautiful as Grace Bay). The hostess was very slow on responses and only answers questions about the property. She did also give 1 restaurant...

She made sure all our needs were met and made us feel at home. The rooms were very clean, and lastly, the ocean was breathtaking. It was the most beautiful I have ever seen. I would definitely revisit."
