We had a studio with a king size bed that had an ocean view but no balcony which we were initially interested in but this did not impact our experience overall . The pictures of the oceanfront view are totally misleading. Our room was not even close to "as advertised" though an upgraded room was very spacious and comfortable. I believe Expedia switched us from the room I had been preparing to book to a lesser room when they offered the "stay + flight" package which meant the price looked great but I didn't realize we weren't getting the room I was trying to book. Food options were limited at BH. We were unaware of the "sister resort" (Alexandra) and shuttle situation until we arrived. It was nice to have more options but hourly shuttles and 15 minutes each way were not ideal. Apparently none of the pools in T&C are heated so there was virtually no one in any pool at either resort as the water was too cold. The resort is small and cozy which is nice for an uncrowded and relaxing stay if that's what you seek.

Loved everything about this resort. The room (Suite/balcony pool/ocean view) The Food. The transportation. The Staff. I can’t say enough about this place. Really not one to make a review but this resort deserves it. I stayed a week, no children were here, except the pregnant women. lol. The Pay One, Play at Two is well worth it. Never running out of things to do or out of foods to eat. Different restaurant every night. If you want a little livelier experience the sister resort at the Alexandria is where the action will be. You have your children playing pool food and everything else to enjoy which a free shuttle is provided to get you to and from each resort free of charge every 30 minutes I believe, but this was truly an experience one I will surely revisit. Before I forget the alcohol drinks you will not have to drink too many because they are strong as heck what I loved. Take plenty of cash because although this is an all inclusive hotel, you will be very tempted to tip every person you encounter because they are truly exceptional. And although everyone speaks English, which was really a first time for me because I’m usually visiting resorts where I have a hard time translating no problem here and whatever language you speak I’m sure they’ll be able to help you out

Staff was friendly and the public and community areas were will kept. I’m wasn’t in love with my room. The the floor(2nd) and location above the kitchen and exhaust system. In room there was a noise that start the second night sound like it was coming from behind the electrical outlets. Enormous beautiful Jacuzzi tub but didn’t use it due to the the rust and grime in the jets same with dishwasher.

Amazing room and great food, and the staff were friendly. However, the transportation situation was incredibly frustrating. From the beginning, we were told that both airport transfers were included. A few days before departure, I reconfirmed and was suddenly told that the transfer from the airport to the resort was not included. We paid $130 from airport to the hotel for four people. The front desk person told me on the phone that the only free transportation will be included resort to airport . Because we believed it was included, the resort even scheduled our return transportation for us. When we arrived at the airport, the driver asked us for $87, which was never communicated or disclosed at any point. I immediately called the front desk, and they simply stated that it wasn’t included despite us being told the opposite earlier.

This all Inclusive Resort was a great place to stay. The customer service was 10/10. The Guest Service Manager Shamika and Makayla and there Team were phenomenal.
