Yes, the beach was excellent. The hotel sponsored beach area was nearby, very easy to get there, view excellent, chairs &!umbrellas were perfect, & the water was fabulous!

Check-in was quick and smooth, the staff was very friendly, and the housekeeping service was excellent—we received fresh towels every day. The location is very close to the beach, and just a few steps away from restaurants and shops. They provided us with beach towels, and we even had a designated spot on the beach with chairs and umbrellas. Very clean pool, quiet and relaxing definitely recommend it

This was a very convenient & fun stay. You can walk easily to the beach, restaurants, grocery store, coffee shops. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful & kind. My daughter & I had a relaxing visit enjoying the beach & the sun!

There is not a beach view from the hotel. It is about 3 blocks away but there are chairs and umbrellas that can be used if you walk to the beach. The room was clean and all of the amenities were good. The location was great!

It’s right in heart of all the shops & restaurants all walking distance. We didn’t need a car, 3 minute walk to beach on a cement walkway. The elevator wasn’t working, we were on the 3rd floor, fine for us but fyi if someone has trouble with stairs. Room was clean, pool was a bit small but only 24 rooms in the boutique hotel

Perfect location, close to all the restaurants and attractions. The only minor issue was a miscommunication about housekeeping. Since we stayed for four nights, it would’ve been nice if the cleaning crew came by once to tidy up. Aside from that, everything else was great. Definitely recommend

Front desk personnel good-room clean but lacking in amenities (no Kleenex or do not disturb sign) and screen on slider torn-also only 2 hangers-safe difficult to use-and shower head had to be replaced-also maintenance guy & cleaning lady very unfriendly-also snack & beverage case was pretty empty-would not stay here again-also advertising makes it sound like it’s on beach-location was very good-could walk to everything-also it should be stressed there’s no elevator!!

We had room service everyday and they did a nice job cleaning the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area was really nice. The location was excellent. It was a 5 min walk to beautiful Grace Bay beach and there are many restaurants near the hotel.

The bathroom water was dripping, and all the doors were difficult to open and close, making a loud noise. No one cleaned around the pool area during our stay. However, the staff was very friendly. The beach is beautiful and about a 7-minute walk away.

The bathrooms feel a bit neglected, the shower lighting is quite poor, and the hot water does not last very long. Staff were very friendly, helpful, professional, and courteous. The room was extremely spacious with a great location. However, it was very outdated where it felt old and dirty. Baseboards were missing or broken, one of the closet doors barely opened, the place just looked worn. The price was on point...great actually.
