"i enjoyed my stay! everyone was so nice especially front desk staff - the room had a few issues - bathroom door wouldnโt close, shower head issue + no robe or lotion - but i would stay again the food and bar was lovely as well."

"It was a great time for the family. We snorkeled every day. The resort was clean, the pools, eating areas, and rooms were kept clean. My only desire was to be able to eat dinner inside, just once. The only eating options, outside of breakfast, are outside. Thatโs the only thing I wish we couldโve done. Excellent and will come again."

"We had a very nice stay at Media Luna Resort. The property is beautiful, rustic, and surrounded by nature, which makes it feel like you are truly in the middle of the jungle. The resort is quite isolated, but that was actually one of the things we enjoyed the most. It is incredibly peaceful and quiet, with a private beach where you can really disconnect, relax, and enjoy the surroundings. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful rustic style that fit perfectly with the atmosphere of the resort. We also enjoyed the buffet, which had enough variety and different options throughout our stay. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, but we especially want to recognize Andrea from Guest Relations and Tyron. They were both incredibly helpful and always willing to assist us with anything we needed. Andrea went above and beyond to make our stay special. She helped us organize an anniversary dinner and even arranged a beautiful decoration in our room, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the occasion even more memorable. She was always kind, attentive, approachable, and genuinely willing to help in any way she could. Tyron was also wonderful and very helpful throughout our stay. Special thanks to Andrea and Tyron for making our stay even better!"

"Let me say, the only reason Iโm giving 4 instead of 5 is simply because we could feel the racism from the staff as Honduran-Americans over more โAmericanโ looking guests. It was very hurtful and did not make me feel comfortable as a guest in the hotel. Other than that, the place itself is beyond gorgeous and when my family and I were alone swimming we had lots of fun. The kayak staff was incredibly friendly though and an amazing person! I would recommend staying here but be aware that unless youโre speaking in English, lots of staff including the snack shop cashier and the receptionist will treat you like theyโre annoyed at your mere presence."
