All the staff were friendly and communication was top-notch with WhatsApp group messages every day full of recommendations, history and overall tips. Located right in the middle of west bay 5 minute walk to incredible snorkeling. Food and bar options at Arca are second to none. The upstair luxury rooms are super worth it. Security 24/7 never felt unsafe. Its truly the best adults only resort at west bay."
