"The hotel was was one of the finest I have stayed at. From guest services and housekeeping to the check-in team and restaurant staff, every member of the team was exceptionally courteous and professional. My only disappointment was the buffet breakfast; while the presentation was excellent, the dishes lacked sufficient flavor. I particularly enjoyed the kiwi fruit and croissants. Despite the minor drawback, I am very pleased with our stay at this beautiful hotel. "

"Excellent location and great modern facilities. Functional room, well-maintained. We did not have breakfast at the hotel (many alternatives available nearby) but used the Pavilion for drinks & snacks, all good. My only complaint is with Housekeeping who did not show up on our second day at the hotel, which is disappointing for a two-night stay. When I brought this to front-desk's attention, they did offer housekeeping service in the evening but that ended up being a rush job in my opinion. ...
