"Room was so dirty, spiderwebs coming from the lights. Carpets were filthy so were the walls. Lamp looked like it was covered in sick, shower had dirt and mould in it. Bathroom mirror was filthy. Hair over back of the toilet and in the bath."

Topped the milk up by only 2 pints from a 4 pint container - why not put all of it in. Kept running out of cutlery. Americano coffee from the machine was cold. Food quality was poor - could not eat the cooked offering."

"I used the hotel for an overnight trip for Cheltenham races. It was good for a one night stay, a pool, comfortable. Evening meal on site and a good breakfast with helpful staff."

"I want my money back the stay was horrific. Children screaming running shouting and parents shouting for hrs till 1/2am all around node and outside the hotel. Had to Stay in premier inn hotel n shirley sleep has ill and shattered. should have been in dorset Woking did send emails"
