"Good place for a short stay if you fly in late or fly out early"

"Room was big clean, washroom had old tap and water was dripping whole stay though. Toilets are old and flush button is hidden hard to flush."

"We stayed with ours children during the spring break. The hotel is in a central location and very close to many great restaurants, shops and museums. Ours room has a great view of the cathedral and we also enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the rooftop restaurant of the hotel. It’s has a direct view of the Zocalo. The staff is very nice and professional. it’s a great hotel and we would definitely come back!"

"Staff members are helpful, polite, caring, always attentive to what you need in particular the personnel during breakfast time and the housekeepers. Hotel is very clean. The property is very close to El Zócalo therefore there is a lot of people during the night and the area can be loud, but once inside the hotel is relatively calm. We were in an interior room therefore the outside noise was not heard. The only thing I would say is the conversations or noise from other guests can be heard clearly in the room when they walk the hallways. Its not something than the hotel can really control, I would say if you are a light sleeper then request a room at the end of the hallway. We enjoyed our stay, great location. "

"Great location, wonderful bed and bedding but there was no coffee in room and it's nearly impossible to get good coffee anywhere in the neighborhood before 7 a.m. or late at night. Maybe even a self serve coffee machine in the lobby? I admit to being a coffee addict but this alone will keep me from returning to this hotel."
