"For a very short stay"

"El personal muy amable y dispuestos a ayudar en todo lo que necesites. Mi estancia fue para esperar el nacimiento de mi bebé en el hospital Bité y gran parte de la labor de parte la pasamos en el hotel y en muchos requerimientos nos apoyó el personal del hotel, sólo mejoraría la parte del restaurante. Es caro y hace falta sabor a la comida "

"Very disappointed with the Hilton Santa Fe. I try to do my check in at 3:00pm and the staff said they did not have rooms available yet because they had "high occupancy". I was waiting for 45 minutes to get a room. The shower in the bathroom had an extremely unpleaseant smell like a pipe. On sunday afternoon the hotel rents the pool to the general public so ppl can drink, smoke and listen to music; therefore are many young people (not hotel guests) drinking alcohol and smoking at the main door waiting for their cars. I understand this is a new policy since 1 month ago as per concierge. It is extremely unpleasent to arrive at the hotel and find people drinking and smoking at the front door. I am definitley NOT going back to Hilton. There are better options (with similar rates) in the neighborhood like JW Marrito or Westin. "
