"This is a very old hotel, and the lack of an elevator is already a significant drawback. What makes it worse is how poorly this is handled by the staff. Despite arriving with two toddlers, a large stroller, and multiple pieces of luggage, we were assigned a room on the second floor with no assistance or consideration. That alone shows a clear lack of empathy and basic hospitality.
At a minimum, situations like this should be anticipated and accommodated—whether by prioritizing ground-floor rooms or offering proper help. Instead, the experience felt indifferent and poorly managed.
Overall, the combination of outdated facilities and the staff’s disregard for guest circumstances makes this place hard to recommend."
