"The bathroom was quite clean and bright, with excellent lighting over the sink and countertop. Breakfast was good, especially the oatmeal. However, it was odd that no "caffeinated" tea (such as Earl Grey) was available! Only herbal teas were set out at the coffee/tea station. When the breakfast staff person was asked, she could not find any "caffeinated" tea in her kitchen supply. "For the most part, I like the experience, but wasn’t for warned about half of the complex being shut down due to construction as well as the pool and Jacuzzi being shut down otherwise the rooms were clean are utilize the laundry facilities utilizing the CSC app they have one washer and dryer and they performed well."

"The staff for housekeeping gave excellent service. Some of the staff in the front desk gave little information when asked about services that were offered. It was supposed to be a no smoking establishment but it smelled like cigarette smoke on the floor. Our stay was for about a week and of course a little bit of laundry had to be done and for the whole place there was only one washer and one dryer, very inconvenient."
