"Clean hotel and friendly staff. In a great location where you can catch the cable carts to go in either direction. Not to mention great view from the hotel to the bay area. Close to everything."

"Clean room, nice staff, Great energy, lots of games and stuff to do during down time, solid location. Only issue was AC was a bit loud. Otherwise I would stay again."

"The rooms and service and restaurants are outstanding- Quimby (Q), Leo the concierge, Ari the bellman, the entire valet team and staff were beyond welcoming. A minor note that the pool/steam are not available to hotel guests without booking a spa service. It is a wonderful property and we will be back!"
